摘  要:目的探讨清肝化瘀合剂的水提醇沉工艺条件。方法以芍药苷的含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定含量,用正交试验方法对水提和醇沉进行工艺优化。结果水提最佳工艺为A3B3C2D1,即取药材饮片,加水10倍量,提取2次,每次2 h。醇沉最佳工艺为加质量分数为45%的乙醇,沉淀静置48 h。结论选择芍药苷含量为考察指标,能客观反映出各工艺条件下的效果。所采用的高效液相色谱法具有操作简便、分析准确、快速、干扰小等优点。Objective To optimize the technological conditions of water extraction and alcohol precipitation in Qingganhuayu Mixture.Methods The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the technology of water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The paeoniflorin content was used as the assessment index and determined by HPLC.Results The optimum water extraction process was A3B3C2D1,i.e.,taking the medicinal materials as processed pieces,adding 10 times amount of water as extracting solvent,extracting twice and 2 h each time.The optimum alcohol precipitation process was as follows:the mass fraction was 45%ethanol,precipitating and static placing for 48 h.Conclusion The paeoniflorin content as the assessment index can reflect the effects of various technological conditions.The HPLC method has the advantages of simple operating,accurate analysis,rapidity and less interference.
