摘　　要：目的分析医院静脉药物配置中心退药现状及原因,促进合理用药。方法对2009年退药情况进行统计分析。结果总退药比例为0.23%,退药次数最多的科室为神经内科,退药比例最大的科室为普外科,主要退药原因有出院、死亡、转科、转院等。结论可以从规范退药制度、规范退药流程、加强与医生的沟通等方面来减少退药现象。Objective To investigate the status quo and the causes of drug return in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services（PIVAS） of our hospital and to put forward the countermeasures to promote rational drug use.Methods The drug return data in PIVAS in 2009 were statistically analyzed.Results The total drug return rate was 0.23%,with the neurology department showing the most frequency and the surgery department showing the highest percentage.The drug return was mainly resulted from discharge,death,and transfer to another department or hospital,etc.Conclusion It is advised to reduce the incidence of drug return by standardizing the drug return regulations,standardizing the drug return procedure and increasing communication with physicians.
