摘　　要：周梅森的小说《国家公诉》真实展现了处于社会转型期的中国政界、商界、企业界乃至法律界的具体情况,塑造了一批典型而富于个性的人物形象,并且提出了"法律高于一切"、每个人都要拧紧自己这颗国家机器上的"螺丝钉"的深刻主题。小说具有社会生活反映的真实性、人物塑造的典型性、主题开掘的深刻性,堪称一部现实主义的佳作。The novel Nation Public Prosecution by ZHOU Mei-sen expresses the reality about political,commercial,business circles and law circles in society transformation,describes a batch of typical and characteristic figures,and presents a profound theme that ＂the law is above all＂ and everyone should play his role well just like a screw of state machine.With the realism of society living,the typicality of characters and profoundability of themes,the novel becomes an excellent realism work.
