1225例成年人踝肱血压比值分布趋势

摘　　要：目的分析探讨中国成年人踝肱血压比值(ABI)分布趋势。方法采用自主研发的KD-991型便携式踝肱血压同步测试仪,对来自我国东南西北中各地区的1225例成年人进行踝肱血压测量,并计算ABI,以10岁为界,按年龄组对ABI进行趋势曲线分析及统计学处理。结果 1225例受试者中,ABI≤0.90者27例(2.20),ABI≥1.30者58例(4.73),ABI在0.91～1.29者1140例(93.06);ABI分布有随龄增长至60～69岁又随龄下降的趋势,其分布曲线呈倒U形。结论中国成年人正常ABI分布在0.91～1.29,ABI≥1.30提示亚临床动脉硬化过程,ABI≤0.90预示心脑血管事件的发生与动脉硬化性疾病的等危症。Objective Analysis and discussion the distribution trends in ankle-brachial index of Chinese adult.Methods We measured ankle-brachial blood pressure of 1225 adults Using self-developed KD-991 portable ankle-brachial blood pressure detecting simultaneously instrument and calculated ankle-brachial index and carried on trend analysis and statistical curve by age group.Results In 1225 adults there are 27 adults（2.20%）which ABI≤0.90 and 58 adults（4.73%）which ABI≥1.30 and 1140 adults（93.06%）which ABI 0.91~1.29.ABI distribution increased along with age in 60 to 69 years old and after that decline with age.The distribution curve inverted＂U＂-type.Conclusions The normal ABI values of Chinese adults should be between 0.91~1.29 ABI≥1.30 suggest sub-clinical atherosclerosis and ABI≤0.90 often indicates that the disease risk of cardiovascular disease and atherosclerotic disease.
