摘　　要：文中分析了纺丝生产线润滑系统目前存在的问题。根据生产实际需求,应用新型的油雾润滑技术,开发出适合现有纺丝生产线的集中控制润滑系统(油雾润滑装置),彻底解决了现有设备老化、装置运行周期短的问题。Problems existing in the lubrication system of spinning production lines are analyzed.Based on the actual requirement of production,new mist lubrication technology was used,the centralizedly controlled lubrication system(mist lubrication unit) suitable for the present spinning production lines of Acrylic Fiber Plant has been developed,and the problems of equipment becoming aging and production operation period becoming short have been completely solved.
