摘　　要：为解决聚丙烯打包带热合机技术落后、生产效率低的状况,对打包带生产过程进行分析,确定了全自动热合机主要执行机构的改进方案。并利用PLC可编程控制器实现了设备的全自动控制。In order to solve the problems of lagging-behind technology and low production efficiency of the existing PP strapping band heat sealing machine,the strapping band production process was analyzed,and the improvement scheme for the main actuators of the full automatic heat sealing machine was determined.Full automatic control has been realized by using PLC programmable controller.
