摘  要:本文采用同步法,制备一系列聚氨酯/环氧树脂互穿网络聚合物涂料。研究了多元醇类型、催化剂用量及各种无机填料对涂料阻尼性能和涂层力学性能的影响。结果表明,聚氨脂所用多元醇链结构越柔韧,阻尼温度区间越宽,涂层力学性能越好。同时,适当选择催化剂和无机填料,也是提高涂层阻尼值及力学强度的关键。Damping coatings based on polyurethane/epoxy resin IPN polymer have been prepared at room temp. The types of polyols, dosage of catalysts and effects of inorganic fillers on the damping and mechanical proparties of the films have been studied. It has been shown that the more flexible of the polyol strustures, the wider range of the temp. for damping and the better of the mechanical property of the film. And proper catalyst and fillers are also critical to increase the damping value and mechanical strength of the film.
