维吾尔族百岁老人唾液免疫球蛋白与口腔粘膜状况

摘　　要：目的：研讨百岁老人唾液免疫球蛋白与口腔粘膜健康间的关系。方法：采用上海长征医学科学有限公司生产的免疫球蛋白及补体试剂盒，用分光光度计，对２３名维族百岁老人和２１名维族老年人的唾液进行检测。结果：百岁组唾液ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ及Ｃ３、Ｃ４含量均高于老年组。经统计学处理两组唾液ＩｇＡ有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。百岁组上唇、颊、腭粘膜均无异常，下唇粘膜１２例无异常，白斑１例，粘膜老年斑１例，血管痣９例，舌１３例正常。结论：百岁老人唾液免疫球蛋白及补体含量维持在相当于老年水平，对维持口腔粘膜正常有重要意义，也可能为有利长寿的因素之一。Objective: To study the relationship between the contents of immunoglobulin or complement in saliva and the health of oral mucosa of Uygur centenarian. Method: IgA,IgG,IgM,C3 and C4 in saliva were measured with a special kit and a spectrophotometer in 23 Uygur centenarians and 21 Uygur old people.WT5HZResults: No significant difference of the levels of IgG,IgM,C3 and C4 was found between the two groups (P>0.05),while more IgA was found in the saliva of centenarians than that of the old(P<0.05).In the centenarians,leukoplasia was found in 1 case,senile plaque in 1 and vasular nevus in 9. Conclusion:BZThe level of immunoglubulin and complement in saliva of centenarians is equal to that of old man,and plays a great part in maintaining the normality of oral mucosa and may be one of the factors of long life.
