万托林联合爱全乐氧雾治疗儿童哮喘症急性发作的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨万托林联合爱全乐氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘症急性发作的疗效。方法将2008年1月至2009年12月收治的哮喘患儿随机分为万托林雾化对照组和万托林加爱全乐雾化观察组进行效果对比。结果观察组的呼吸困难缓解、肺部哮鸣音消失情况及住院时间与对照组相比,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论万托林联合爱全乐雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘症能及时有效解除气道痉挛,改善通气功能,效果明显优于万托林。Objective To study the combined atrovent ventolin inhalation of oxygen-driven treatment of children with asthma the efficacy of acute attack.MethodsFrom January 2008 to December 2009 were treated in ventolin asthma were randomLy divided into control group and Joint atrovent ventolin spray atrovent aerosol effect of the observed group were compared.ResultsRelieve dyspnea observed group,the lungs wheeze disappeared situation and length of stay compared with the control group,significant differences（P0.05）.ConclusionVentolin inhalation atrovent combined treatment of children with asthma can promptly and effectively relieve airway spasm,improved ventilation,better than ventolin.
