摘　　要：目的：消除牙冠外形三维光学测量系统的系统误差和位相分布测量计算误差。方法：用牙冠外形三维光学测量系统测量标准石膏模型，确定位相分布与该石膏模型表面高度的关系。结果：得到一个位相—高度映射关系曲线。结论：可以消除系统误差和位相分布测量计算误差的影响，其最终测量误差只与标定实验过程本身的系统误差和随机误差有关。Objective: To eliminate system error from an optical instrument for measuring toothcrown 3D shapes and measuring errors of calculating phase distributing. Method: A standard plaster cast was measured with an optical instrument for measuring toothcrown 3D shapes,then the phaseheight relationship between the deformed grating pattern projected on the standard plaster cast surface and its actual surface height was determined. Results: A phaseheight relationship curve was obtained,from which the actual surface height of the standard plaster cast was calculated. Conclusion: This method may eliminate the system error and the measuring errors of calculating phase distributing.
