摘 要:通过对同煤集团东周窑矿副斜井施工实测数据的统计分析,应用斜井施工优化分析系统对其进行了实际的模拟试验,模拟结果与实际结果月偏差率最大不超过10%,长期偏差仅为0.47%,充分证明模拟模型的建立是正确的、可靠的。通过对模拟结果的系统分析,可以快速地对系统进行诊断,发现系统问题之所在,便于寻找施工优化之途径。在此模拟基础上,进一步对其实际工程进行了优化研究,提出了优化的方案,并进行了模拟试验,试验结果远远胜于实际施工效果,证明了斜井施工模拟优化分析系统具有诊断、预测、优化的功能。斜井施工模拟优化分析系统的开发对于斜井的科学施工具有积极的促进作用。Based on the analysis of a large number of data collected in the construction of subsidiary inclined shaft in Dongzhouyao Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group,the practical simulation tests are made by using the optimization analysis system.By comparison of simulation results with actual results,it is known that the largest error rate does not exceed 10%,and the long-term deviation is only 0.47%,which could prove that the simulation model is correct and reliable.Through systematic analysis for the simulation results,the system could be quickly diagnosed,and the problems in the system could be found out so as to obtain the effective ways for optimization construction.On the basis of the simulation,the further optimization and researches are made to the actual works,then an optimization scheme is proposed,meanwhile the simulation tests are made,and the simulation results are far better than actual results,proving that the optimization analysis system for the construction of inclined shaft has the diagnosis,prediction and optimization functions.The developing of the optimization analysis system has a positive role in promoting the scientific construction of inclined shaft.
