摘　　要：我国近期出台了扩大民间投资行业和领域的政策,同时要求各地区和各部门尽快制定措施加以落实。为了贯彻和细化有关文件精神,各级地方政府应当制定和完善行政审批、融资、税收等市场准入制度的相关配套措施。创造平等准入的市场环境,努力形成各类资本相互融合、多种所有制经济协调发展的经济新格局,在新的起点上实现经济社会更快更好地发展。China has promulgated policy of expanding realm and industry of private investment recently,at the sametime called for all regions and departments to formulate measures as soon as possible.Local governments should develop and improve related measures of market access system of administrative examination and approval,financing,taxation etc.for implementing and refining the spirit of the relevant documents.By creating equal market access,trying to form a mutual integration of various types of capital and coordinated development of multi-ownership economy and economic structure,it can achieve faster and better development of economic and social.
