摘 要:以KMnO4为锰源,采用水热反应在HCl溶液中制备α-MnO2纳米线。探讨了水热反应温度、水热反应时间等对α-MnO2纳米线合成的影响,对制备产物进行了XRD和SEM分析,并初步探索了α-MnO2的电化学性质。结果表明:最佳水热反应时间为24 h、最佳水热反应温度为240℃;α-MnO2纳米线具有良好的电容性能,在1.5~4.5 V、20mA.g-1电流密度下其第二次放电的电容量为184.5 mAh.g-1。α-MnO2 Nanowire was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction with KMnO4 as manganese source in HCl solution.The optimum fabrication parameters of α-MnO2,such as hydrothermal reaction time and temperature were studied.The crystal morphy and morphology of α-MnO2 were characterized by XRD and SEM,and its electrochemical performance was studied.The results showed that the optimum hydrothermal reaction time and temperature was 24 h and 240℃,respectively.The α-MnO2 nanowire exhibited excellent capacitive performance,and its second discharge capacity was 184.5 mAh·g-1 at current density of 20 mA·g-1 within a voltage range of 1.5~4.5 V.
