摘  要:目的通过血糖、胰岛素、血脂等生化指标评价中医化痰祛湿法治疗代谢综合征(MS)的效果。方法 78例MS患者采用化痰祛湿法治疗,分别检测治疗前、后空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、内脂素和脂联素,比较治疗前、后的差异,同时与50名健康体检者比较。结果采用化痰祛湿法治疗MS患者前、后FPG、FINS、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、内脂素、脂联素水平的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.05)。MS组采用化痰祛湿法治疗后与正常对照组比较,8项生化指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医化痰祛湿法以清热、行气、活血、益气、养阴、调理阴阳治疗MS患者,患者血清FPG、FINS、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、内脂素和脂联素在治疗后有明显的改善。Objective To evaluate the effects of metabolic syndrome(MS) treated by dissipate phlegm and dehygrosis through blood biochemical parameters glucose,insulin and lipids in serum.Methods There were 78 patients with MS treated by dissipate phlegm and dehygrosis.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),visfatin and adiponectin were detected before and after treatment.The difference before and after treatment was analyzed,and the results were compared with those in 50 healthy subjects.Results FPG,FINS,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,visfatin and adiponectin had a significant difference before and after treatment(P0.01,P0.05).FPG,FINS,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,visfatin and adiponectin had no significant difference between the healthy control group and MS patients after the treatment(P0.05).Conclusions MS patients are treated by Chinese dissipate phleqm and dehygrosis through heat,Qi and blood circulation and Qi,Yin and Yang conditioning.Serum FPG,FINS,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,visfatin and adiponectin are significantly improved after the treatment.
