摘 要:在前文研究叶绿素a与生物量基础上,本文收集国内、外有关资料,并结合潘家口水库现场围隔实验,主要从室内研究水体、野外围隔水体及天然水体三个方面,进一步探讨浮游植物叶绿素a含量与藻密度间的相关性。结果表明:实验室内藻类纯培养或共培养优势藻种稳定单一时,叶绿素a与藻密度呈显著正相关,优势藻发生变更时,二者可能相关或不相关;围隔实验水体及天然水体中优势藻种稳定单一时,叶绿素a与藻密度一般显著正相关,而藻种发生明显更替时,叶绿素a与藻密度可能相关或不相关。Based on the study of the correlation between chlorophyll a and biomass,this paper reviewed the information published in literatures and collected in our field enclosure experiments in Panjiakou Reservoir in order to analyze the correlation between chlorophyll a concentration and algal density.The results showed that significant correlations were found between them when algae was cultured purely or cultured with a single dominant species under laboratory conditions.Data from enclosure experiments and natural water body showed significant correlations between the chlorophyll a concentration and algal density when there was a single dominant species in the water.If the dominant species changed obviously,positive correlations or no correlations were found between chlorophy a and algal density.
