摘　　要：目的:观察帕米磷酸二钠(博宁)治疗肿瘤骨转移的不良反应,探讨有效的护理方法。方法:帕米磷酸二钠(博宁)60～90 mg,静脉滴注,每月1次,连用3月;同时进行放疗。结果:30例病例中1例因高热反应严重而中断治疗,其余均顺利完成计划。主要不良反应为发热、恶心、肌肉酸痛等。结论:合理、有效的护理措施,可预防和减少药物引起的不良反应,使治疗得以顺利进行。Objective：To observe the negative effects caused by pamidronate treatment on curing tumor osseous metastasis,and discuss effective nursing methods accordingly.Methods：pamidronate（60-90mg） was intravenously injected to patients（once a month,for 3 months） during the period of radiotherapy.Results：Among the 30 patients,one gave up pamidronate treatment due to severe febrile,while the others successfully completed that;main negative effects include febrile,nausea,and muscular soreness.Conclusion： Appropriate and effective nursing methods help to reduce negative effects caused by Bolin and it is evidenced that the treatment can be successfully carried out.
