摘　　要：目的:分析高龄老年病人发生误吸的原因,以实施有效的护理措施。方法:收集2008年1月～2010年6月49例住院前或住院期间发生误吸的高龄老年病人临床资料,在年龄、疾病、用药和进食方法方面进行回顾性的分析总结,并全面评估误吸高危因素,对误吸的高危老年病人实施正确合理的护理措施。结果:误吸与病人年龄、疾病、用药、进食方法等有关,可造成严重并发症,甚至危及病人生命。结论:误吸是护理高龄老年病人中值得关注的重要的护理问题,实施正确合理的护理措施,可以减少和避免高龄老人误吸的发生。Objective：To analyze the causes of aspiration in very elderly patients in order to implement effective nursing interventions.Methods：Retrospective survey was used to analyze age,disease history,eating custom,medicine intake and so on in 49 elderly patients,attacks of aspiration before or in hospital between Jan.2008 to June 2010.Risk factors of aspiration were evaluated and the effective nursing interventions were performed in high risk elderly patients.Results：Aspiration was associated with age,co-morbidity,medicines,eating customs.Aspiration could lead to serious complications and even threat to life.Conclusion：Care of the elderly should be attention to avoid aspiration.Effective nursing interventions could prevent the incidence of aspiration.
