高职护理职业道德教育的现状与思考

摘　　要：护理职业道德是在医疗护理过程中调整护士与患者、其他医护人员以及社会之间相互关系的行为准则和规范。护理人员的道德理想、道德信念、道德品质,直接影响和决定着护士对待护理工作和患者的根本态度,也直接影响和制约着护理质量。但目前高职护理职业道德教育的现状不容乐观。针对目前高职护理职业道德教育存在的现状,文章对其原因进行了较为深入的研究和分析,并对如何加强高职护理职业道德教育进行了有益的探索。The occupational ethics of nursing is adjusts between the nurse and the patient,other medical care personnel as well as the society in the medical care process the reciprocity behavior criterion and the standard.Nursing staff＇s moral ideal,the moral faith,the moral character,affect directly and were deciding the nursing treats,the nursing work and patient＇s basic manner,also affects and is restricting the nursing quality directly.But the present quality nursing occupational ethics education present situation is unoptimistic.In view of the present quality nursing occupational ethics education existence present situation,the article has conducted more thorough research and the analysis to its reason,and how to strengthened the quality nursing occupational ethics education to carry on the beneficial exploration.
