摘　　要：南昌教案是1906年因法国传教士王安之杀害清政府南昌县令江兆棠而引起的民众反洋教斗争。江西按察使在教案起始、经过与善后阶段均有介入。考察其在这一典型教案各阶段的职务行为,对于认清按察使在晚清教案中所起的作用具有重要意义。The 1906 Nanchang Missionary Case was an Anti-Foreign-Religion Movement caused by Wan Anzhi,the French missionary who killed Jiang Zhaotang,the Nanchang county magistrate in the Qing Dynasty.The Jiangxi provincial judge involved in the whole process from the beginning to the end.To study his official duty-conducts in the different stages of the case has great significance in understanding the roles of the provincial judge in the anti-Christian cases of the late Qing Dynasty.
