生产实习模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：分析了社会经济环境与其他各种因素对高校生产实习的影响,针对传统生产实习模式存在的问题和困难,提出了建设校内生产实习的必要性。通过电子科学与技术专业的功能陶瓷元器件、厚膜混合集成电路等校内生产实习实验室的建设与生产实践,培养了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,教与学在生产实践中形成了有效的互动,提高了生产实习的效率和效果。建立校内生产实习基地模式,不但可以利用校内的科研资源,还可以在完成校内生产实习的情况下,为本科生的其他开放性实验、工程训练等课外科技活动共享资源,这种综合实验环境为我院的人才培养和全面提升质量水平也发挥了积极的作用。根据目前的实际情况,建议生产实习可采取以校内生产实习为主、校外参观为辅的校内外相结合的方式。The socio-economic environment and other factors that impact on the college production practice are analyzed in this paper.One analyzed problems and difficulties in the present traditional production practice model,and put forward that it was necessary to construct the base of production exercitation in university.The construction and practice of the laboratories of production practice,which are electronic ceramic components laboratory and thick film hybrid integrated circuits laboratory,make students have the ability to analyze and solve problems.An interaction of teaching and learning in the production practice improves efficiency and effectiveness of production exercitation.The students will use the school＇s research resources,do the opening experiments,and make some extra-curricular science and technology activities in the school practice base established.The general experimental environment played an active role in the students training.According to the current actual situation,it is suggested that produce practical production practice in the campus can be taken to the main production practice model,while the traditional production practice is supplemented to the new production practice model.
