摘　　要：运动员人力资本产权的价值在于交易。运动员人力资本产权交易的基础在于排他性产权,必要条件在于运动员人力资本获取的现有收益与交易成本之和小于未来的预期收益。运动员人力资本产权交易具有不完整性、不确定性、变动性,其交易费用与价格是由体育市场经济运行机制的作用决定的,因而必须为运动员人力资本产权交易构建有效的市场机制、契约机制和保障机制,并创造良好的社会环境。Athletes of human capital is the value of property transactions.Athletes Human Capital is the exclusive property based transactions;a necessary condition is that athletes get the existing human capital gains and transaction costs and less than the expected future earnings.Athletes have the human capital property rights incompleteness,uncertainty,change,and its transaction costs and the prices are set by the sports market economic mechanism of the effect of the decision,so players must build human capital property rights and effective market mechanisms,contract mechanism and protection mechanisms,and create a good social environment.
