摘　　要：利用放射性β射线激发材料发光的特性,制造永久性发光涂料。这种涂料不需要外激发光源,不消耗电能,结构简单,使用期长,不危害人体。叙述了此涂料的主要技术指标、用途和使用方法,β射线激发发光的原理和特点,放射性同位素和发光基质的选择,以及氚发光涂料的制造过程等。The paint as title has lots of advantages, such as no external exciting light source required, none electricity consumption, simple structure, long life and no hazard to humen. The technical specification, application, usages, principles and features of β-ray exciting luminescence, selection of radioactive isotops and luminous body and production process of tritium luminous paint were described.
