CT动态扫描及三维成像在胃癌诊断中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT(multislice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)动态扫描及多平面重建成像对胃癌的诊断价值。方法收集经胃镜活检病理证实且经过手术的患者40例,采用西门子Definition AS+128排螺旋CT进行动态扫描并进行三维重建成像,观察胃癌局部原发病灶及胃周浸润、远处转移情况。结果所有患者MSCT图像质量均显示满意,均发现胃部原发病灶并获得胃周浸润和淋巴结转移较满意的诊断率。结论 MSCT可以揭示胃癌原发部位及外周浸润、远处转移情况可以成为胃镜检查的重要补充,对胃癌的术前评估及治疗方法选择具有重要意义。Objective To study the diagnostic value of multislice spiral computed tomography including dynamic scan and multiplanar reconstruction image in gastric cancer.Methods By Collecting 40 cases of gastric cancer which were pathologically proved and received the surgery,and then doing dynamic scan and multiplanar reconstruction image with siemens Definition AS＋128 CT equipment.Results All parameters were obtained and the image was satisfactory.It＇s clearly shown that the primary lesions were in stomach and the infiltration was around them,same to the lymph node metastasis.Conclusion It could be revealed that primary lesions in stomach and infiltration and distant metastasis by MSCT.Scanning of MSCT will be an important supplementary examination method for gastroscope.It is significant for preoperative evaluation and the choice of therapeutics way of gastric cancer.
