摘  要:试验研究了日粮中添加不同水平的铜对肉仔鸡生产性能和养分表观沉积率的影响。采用完全随机试验设计,选择1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡224只,随机分为4组,分别添加Cu0、8、150、225mg·kg-1,每组设4个重复,每重复14只鸡,公母比为1:1。结果表明,日粮中添加Cu8mg·kg-1极显著提高了前期生产性能及全期粗脂肪表观沉积率(P<0.01);添加Cu150mg·kg-1极显著提高了粗蛋白表观沉积率(P<0.01);日粮中不添加Cu极显著降低了后期料重比(P<0.01);全期高铜抑制了肉仔鸡的生产性能和粗脂肪表观沉积率。铜的适宜添加量为前期8mg·kg-1,后期0~8mg·kg-1。The study was conducted to investigate the effects of coppers on performance and apparent deposit rate in broilers.A completely randomized experiment was designed for 224 one-day broilers,which were randomly divided into four treatments adding Cu 0,8,150,225 mg·kg-1,each treatment with four replicates,and each replicate with 14 broilers (seven male:seven female).The results showed that dietary copper levels (8 mg·kg-1) significantly increased both performance and apparent deposit rate of crude fat during the whole period (P0.01).Group with Cu 50 mg·kg-1 significantly increased apparent deposit rate of crude protein (P0.01);No sumplementation with copper (0 mg·kg-1) significantly reduced feed/gain ratio at the later stage (P0.01).High dietary copper levels (150 and 225 mg·kg-1 diet) suppressed performance and crude fat extract apparent deposit rate significantly through the whole period.From 0 to 4 weeks,the suitable dietary Cu supplementary level was 8 mg·kg-1,and from 5 to 7 weeks was 0-8 mg·kg-1.
