摘　　要：文章简要介绍了欧盟现行饲料监管体系所涉及的主要法律法规,并从饲料监督管理体制、法律法规标准体系及风险信息预警机制等方面对欧盟现行的饲料监管体系进行了分析,提出了其对进一步完善我国饲料安全监管体系的重要借鉴意义。This paper introduced the main laws and regulations involved in the current EU regulatory system on feed,and analyzed the EU supervision and management system on feed from the aspect of the organization,the relative laws,regulations and standards and the rapid alert system.Based on the above analysis,some proposals are raised for the purpose of further improving the existing national regulatory system on feed.
