摘　　要：为改善和提高ＴＪ７ 特种电刷的可靠性，必须从设计、工艺、材料及管理上采取措施。并以该电刷在考核最为严格的典型电机ＱＦ－ ６ 起动发电机上的寿命试验结果数据为依据进行可靠度计算。证实了ＴＪ７ 特种电刷是一种可靠性高的优质产品。In order to improve and increase TJ7 special brush reliability, some measures on the design, technology, materials and management must be used. on the basis of the brush length of life test data calculation results of the strictest check on typical electric machine QF-6, It was confirmed TJ7 special brush is a kind of high reliability and high quality products.
