摘　　要：为了对现代企业中的数控机床实现远程实时监控,及时发现并排除数控机床存在的安全隐患与故障,给出了采用GPRS技术将各机床传感器采集到的数据通过MC55模块,以IP数据包的方式发送到监控终端的方法,同时给出了数控机床远程监控系统监控终端的硬件与软件系统设计方法。In order to realize the remote real-time monitoring of CNC machine in modern enterprises and eliminate the unsafety factors existing in CNC machine, a method, which adopts GPRS technology to transmit the data which is collected by CNC sensor through MC55 module with IP packets mode to the monitoring terminal is provided. The hardware and software design of monitoring terminal of CNC machine remote monitoring system are described.
