摘 要:采用 1萘酚与对氨基苯磺酸重氮盐偶合竞争串联反应体系,对旋转填充床内的微观混合进行了实验研究,得到了转速、浓度、流量、体积比等因素对离集指数影响规律,并对之进行了合理的解释和分析。结果表明,旋转填充床中微观混合能被极大地强化。Microm ixing in a Rotating Packed Bed w as experim entally studied usingthe com petitive and consecutitive reaction betw een 1 naphthol and diazotised sulphanilicacid. The influence ofvolum etric ratio, rotating speed, concentration and volum e of flowon segregation index ( X S) has been investigated. The results show ed that w hen volum et ric ratio is sm all, the reaction is in the chem ical controlled regim e, and w hen volum etricratio is large, the reaction is in the m ixing controlled regim e. In the latter, X S decreasesw hile increasing rotating speed, concentration and volum e offlow . Itw as also proved that Rotating Packed Bed is a m ore suitable reactor for fast reactions as com pared to stirredtank, “ Tee”m ixer etc.
