摘  要:简述了聚合物动态成型技术以及在聚合物体系中叠加振动的两类基本方式,即机械振动和超声振动体系,并着重综述了熔融聚合物在机械振动作用下的流变行为与挤出特性,以及借助于流变仪、振动机头和塑料电磁动态塑化挤出机进行的聚合物动态成型技术的研究及其进展。The vibromolding technology of polymers has become an important method in the field of modern processing of the polymer materials. This paper had introduced the vibromolding technology of polymers and the two types of basic manners of superposing vibrations upon polymers: mechanical vibration systems and ultrasonic vibration systems. The rheological properties and extrusion characteristics of molten polymers under mechanical vibraton were discussed, for example, the superposing vibrations result in a decreased effective viscosity of the melts, a reduced process temperature, an increased output, a reduced power consumption, etc. The research and development of vibromolding technology of polymers with the aid of rheometer, oscillating die and the electromagnetic dynamic plasticating extruder were reviewed with 35 references.
