摘 要:目的采用正交试验筛选阿魏酸川芎嗪口崩片的处方,并测定其溶出度及进行稳定性考察。方法以微晶纤维素(A)、低取代羟丙基纤维素(B)、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(C)及乳糖(D)的用量为考察因素,以粉粒流动性(休止角)、溶出度为评价指标,进行正交试验,确定最佳处方。在不同条件下留样进行稳定性研究。结果与结论当加入4%A、4%B、10%C及15%D制备的片剂外观光洁、休止角好、溶出度高,为最佳处方。稳定性考察期内其性状、含量等无明显变化。Objective To optimize the formulation of Ligustrazine Ferulate Orally Disintegrating Tablet by orthogonal experiment and determine its dissolution and stability.Methods The formulation was optimized by orthogonal experiment based on 4 factors:the proportions of Microcrystalline Cellulose(A),Low Substituted Hydroxypropyl Cellulose(B),Cross-linked Polyvinylpyrrolidone(C),Lactose(D),and 2 indexes:powder flow(angle of repose) and dissolution.The dissolution of the tablets was determined.And the stability in different condition was followed.Results and Conclusion The optimum preparation technical conditions for the tablets were as follows:the proportions of A,B,C and D were 4%,4%,10% and 15%.No obvious change was noted in appearance and content for the samples within stability test.
