HPLC法同时测定胃安胶囊中芍药苷和柚皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定胃安胶囊中芍药苷和柚皮苷的含量的HPLC法。方法采用Waters C18柱,柱温：30℃;流动相：乙腈-0.4%冰醋酸溶液,线性梯度洗脱,流速：1.0mL.min-1;检测波长：230nm、283nm。结果芍药苷和柚皮苷浓度分别在10.14~202.8μg.mL-1（r=0.9998）、8.65~173μg.mL-1（r=1.0000）范围内线性关系良好。平均加样回收率分别为99.87%（RSD为1.62%）、100.01%（RSD为1.37%）。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于胃安胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and naringin in Weian Capsules.Methods The chromatography was performed on Waters C18 column with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% glacial acetic acid and linear gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelength was 230nm,then 283 nm.Results The calibration curves of paeoniflorin and naringin were linear in the ranges of 10.14～202.8μg·mL-1（r=0.9998）,8.65～173.0μg·mL-1（r=1.0000） respectively.The average recoveries were 99.87%（RSD=1.62%）,100.01%（RSD=1.37%）,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be adopted in the quality control of Weian Capsules.
