高性能细晶粒刚玉瓷的研制

摘　　要：本文对商用γ－ Ａｌ２ Ｏ３ 粉预处理后，采用热压工艺制备了高性能细晶粒刚玉瓷，１５００ ℃／３０ｍｉｎ 热压获得晶粒尺寸为０ ．６μｍ ，抗弯强度为４８０ Ｍ Ｐａ ，１６００ ℃／３０ｍｉｎ 获得断裂韧性为５ ．３ Ｍ Ｐａ·ｍ １／２ 的刚玉瓷材料，并探讨了添加剂 Ｍｇ Ｏ 在刚玉瓷中的不同作用机理。Fine-grained corundum-based ceramics with high mechanical properties were fabricated by hot-pressing process from a commercial γ-Al 2O 3 power. Two kinds of corundum-based ceramics were obtained under different hot-pressing conditions.One,the particle size was about 0.6 μm and its flexure strength was 480 MPa at 1500℃/30min, and the other,fractrue toughness was 5.3 MPa·m 1/2 at 1600℃/30min.Also the different mechanism of MgO addtives on corundum-based ceramics was discussed.
