摘　　要：从调控目标、调控手段、调控对象和调控环节四个方面系统梳理2004年以来中国房地产市场宏观调控政策,揭示变迁特征和演化机理,并从政策制定和制度建设角度提出完善我国房地产市场宏观调控的启示。Reviews the real estate market macro-regulation policies in China since 2004 from the angle of target, measure, object and link of macro-regulation. It discloses the policy change features and evolution mechanism, proposes the policy revelations of the real estate market macro-regulation in future from the angle of policy setting and system construction.
