摘　　要：新医改要求在政府举办的基层医疗卫生机构实施国家基本药物制度,该文就农村基层卫生机构开展《国家基本药物目录》(基层部分)和药品零差率销售试点的现状进行分析,探讨有关村卫生室实施国家基本药物制度的可行性,实施国家基本药物与合理用药的密切关系,以及基本药物生产流通环节对实施基本药物制度的影响等问题。The new health reform requires grass--root healthcare institutions supported by the government to implement the national essential medicines scheme. This study addresses current status regarding adoption of essential medicines list and sales of medicines at actual costs in rural areas ,analyzes the feasibility to implement the essential medicines scheme in village clinics,the correlation between the essential medicines and the rational use of medicines, and the influence of the production and circulation of essential medicines on the adoption of essential medicine scheme.
