摘　　要：在浙江省鄞州区政府出台《关于加快农村(社区)卫生事业发展的意见》的背景下,姜山镇规划并开始初步实施"政府主导,集体举办,财政补贴,中心管理"的镇村卫生一体化管理模式,建设标准化的农村社区卫生服务站,并取得初步成效。文章对此模式进行了探讨分析。With the implementation of The Opinions on Speeding Up the Development of Rural （Community） Health Service drafted by the Yinzhou District Government,Jiangshan Town planned and began to implement the integrating health management mode of town and village, which is the mode of ＂ government- lead, collective organizing, financial subsidies,central management＂. As a result,Jiangshan Town built a lot of standardized rural community health service stations and made preliminary achievements.
