摘　　要：目的:探讨住院患者口服用药安全、按时到口的方法。方法:加强制度落实、护士培训、病人教育等。结果:患者服药到口,消除口服用药过程中的不安全因素,杜绝差错。结论:护士对服药到口落实过程加大执行力度,加强了口服用药的安全意识,保障了住院患者服药安全。Objective To investigate measures to ensure the safety of inpatients to take oral medicines and make sure they take oral medicines on time. Methods Such measures as the implementation of system,the training of nurses and education of inpatients were strengthened. Results Inpatients took oral medicine safely,and the unsafe factors had been eliminated that no mistakes would ever happen. Conclusion Intensive system of dispensing oral medicines is carried out by nurses and their safety awareness of dispensing oral medicines is enhanced to safeguard the medical security of inpatients.
