摘　　要：介绍了聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材生产过程中原材料预处理、成型温度、机头压力、冷却系统、螺杆转速与挤出速度、牵引速度、后处理等参数设置的要点,并结合多年的生产经验,总结了该卷材生产过程中常见的问题、产生原因和处理方法。This paper introduces main points of setting parameters of raw material pretreatment,molding temperature,die pressure,cooling system,screw speed and extrusion speed,pulling speed,post-processing,etc.in polyethylene polypropylene fiber composite sheet production.Based on the many years of experiences in the production,it sums up commonly occurred problems,their causes and solutions.
