摘　　要：利用交流伺服技术设计开发了一种全新的改性沥青防水卷材自动卷毡机,该卷毡机具有噪声小、工作稳定、定位精准快速、转矩可调、卷速包装速度更快等优点。介绍了交流伺服系统的硬件设计、软件设计及其在改性沥青防水卷材生产上的应用。A new automatic winder for modified asphalt waterproofing membrane,which has advantages of low noise,stable performance,precise positioning,adjustable torque and faster operating speed,etc.,was designed and developed using AC servo technology.This paper introduces hardware and software design of AC servo system and its application in modified asphalt waterproofing membrane production.
