摘  要:目前,常规型旋风除尘器均从顶部进料,含尘气体在器内高速旋转而下到达锥体底部, 再沿中心轴线折流而上, 从顶部排气管排出, 从而形成了气流沿器内边壁自上而下和沿轴心自下而上的两个旋涡, 流动路线长, 速度梯度大, 故操作稳定性差, 压降大, 能耗高。研究者所开发的新型环流式旋风除尘器, 克服了常规型旋风除尘器压降大、能耗高、操作弹性小、放大效应显著等缺点, 经实验室及工业放大现场测试证明, 新型环流式旋风除尘器与常规旋风除尘器相比, 除尘效率提高15% , 压降降低了40% 左右。A new type double cylinder cyclone is developed for eliminating the conventional cyclone′s disadvantages of a big pressure drop and low efficiency,a longer flowing path,larger velocity gradients and easy shortcut.The new type has advantages of a novel structure, stable properties, a wide operation range and a large treatment capacity. The property difference between the new type cyclone and the high efficiency cyclone of the are measured,and the new type has successfully been applied to gas producing section of fertilizer factory. The industrial scale up is carried out, and marked effects are obtained. The results show that the new type double cylinder cyclone is possessed of not only high dust removing efficiency but also too pressure drop.The new type cyclone can be popular as a high efficiency cyclone.
