摘　　要：制备了维生素Ｅ与β－环糊精的包合物， 研究了其比率与温度对包含率及有效期的影响， 找到了最佳的包合条件。结果表明， 其稳定性比正常维生素Ｅ提高了５Vitamin E—β cyclodextrin inclusion complex was prepared. The effects of the radio of V E to β cyclodextrin and temperature on the inclusion effectiveness and the effective period were studied.The results show that the storage life of the inclusion complex is 5 times longer than that of the normal V E.
