全程化大学生职业生涯规划教育体制改进策略

摘　　要：全球金融危机加大了大学生的就业压力,这对我国传统的大学生就业模式和职业指导工作提出了挑战。为此,从学校到学生必须强化全程职业规划意识,采取项目运作制集结现有部门,发挥整合教育效应,将本土化大学生职业生涯规划课程列入教育教学计划,通过校企互动促进就业方式多元化。同时采取以下保障措施:以促进就业为宗旨,推进高校整体工作;以市场需求为导向,改革人才培养模式;以政府机构为依托,拓展生涯规划服务平台。World financial crisis lays great pressure on the employment of college students,which poses a new challenge to Chinese traditional employment mode and vocational guidance work.So schools and students should strengthen the awareness of whole-course career development.Colleges should adopt project operation system,gather departments available,produce the effect of integrated education,include career development course into teaching plans,and realize the diversification of employment ways by the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.The following supporting measures should be taken：integral college development should aim at employment aiding;talent cultivation should be market-oriented;career planning platform should be based on the government.
