摘　　要：近年来,人们的研究热点集中在如何对普通脂质体加以修饰,以提高普通脂质体长循环的性能或者使其达到主动靶向等特点,在此基础上,产生了许多具有更佳稳定性和靶向性的新型脂质体,本文就脂质体的发展和近期研究的新进展进行综述。In recent years,people have focused on how to modify the ordinary liposomes,in order to improve the performance of general liposomes′ long cycle or make it to reach active targeting,etc.On this basis,many new liposomes with better stability and target-based characteristics have come out.This paper reviews the development and recent research progress of liposomes.
