摘　　要：产品的可靠性是设计出来的，生产出来的，管理出来的。着重介绍机械可靠性设计及其重要性，相对电子产品可靠性而言，机械产品可靠性理论问题还处于不成熟的阶段。对机械可靠性的研究已成为目前国内外学者积极探索和研究的重要课题之一。本文对国外的机械可靠性设计发展情况进行了简单介绍，对美国、日本、前苏联、英国等国家的机械可靠性研究特点进行初步分析，并归纳了我国机械可靠性设计目前存在几点问题，对我国的机械可靠性研究提出展望。Reliability of products stems from design, production and management. The paper introduces the reliability design of mechanical products and its importance. Compared with reliability of electric products, the theory of mechanical reliability is immature. Research on the mechanical reliability has become an important topic of scholars. The development of the mechanical reliability design at home and abroad is introduced in brief. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the research on the mechanical reliability in the United States, Japan, the former Soviet Union, Britain and other countries. It summarizes some problems of the mechanical reliability design in our country at present and also puts forward the prospects of the research on the mechanical reliability in our country.
