德宏州2006-2010年麻疹免疫效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价德宏州麻疹免疫效果,分析消除麻疹工作进程。方法收集2006-2010年麻疹免疫、监测和发病资料,并进行统计分析。结果 2006-2010年计划免疫应接种麻疹疫苗105 036人,实接种102 083人,接种率97.19%;强化免疫应接种麻疹疫苗299 061人,实接种291 562人,接种率97.49%;麻疹抗体监测2150人,阳性2001人,阳性率93.07%,其中2010年阳性率95.64%;年均麻疹发病率1.47/10万,2010年发病数为零。结论德宏州实现了国家消除麻疹目标。Objective To evaluate the measles immunization effect,analyze progress of elimination work.Method Collecting the immunization,monitoring and incidence data from 2006 to 2010 and statistically analyzed.Results During 2006 to 2010,planned immunization 105 036 people,in fact,102 083 people were vaccinated,vaccinated rate was 97.19%.299 061 people should vaccinate supplementary immunization,in fact,291 562 people were vaccinated,and vaccinated rate was 97.49%.Surveillance measles antibody of 2 150 persons,2 001 were positive（93.07%） and the positive rate in 2010 was 95.64%.The annual incidence rate was 1.47/100 000 and no measles case in 2010.Conclusions This study confirms that the target of eliminating measles has been achieved.
