摘 要:目的观察肺炎支原体肺炎患儿全血锌、铁、铜、钙、镁等微量元素含量的变化,并探讨其在肺炎支原体肺炎发病机制中的意义。方法采用微分电位溶出测定法检测43例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿和40例正常对照组儿童全血锌、铁、铜、钙、镁等微量元素含量。结果肺炎支原体肺炎患儿组锌和铁含量较正常对照组低,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而铜、钙、镁两组间无统计学差别(P>0.05)。结论肺炎支原体肺炎患儿锌、铁含量缺乏,这可能是造成患儿免疫功能减低、免疫调节功能紊乱的重要原因。Objective To observe the contents change of zinc,ferrum,copper,calcium and magnesium in blood of children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,and explore it significance in pathogenesis.Method Using potentiometric stripping analysis(PSA) method to detect the contents of zinc,ferrum,copper,calcium and magnesium in blood,and the blood were from 43 MPP cases and 40 healthy children.Results Zinc and ferrum were significantly lower in MPP group than control group(P0.05).There was no significant difference from copper,calcium and magnesium between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusions Zinc and ferrum were lack in MPP children which may be a reason for immune function reduction and immune regulation disturbance.
