福建省卫生监督员人力资源现状分析及对策

摘　　要：为了解和掌握福建省卫生监督员整体素质,通过对福建省卫生监督员与常住人口配置比例、年龄、学历、职称、卫生监督专业化、干部年轻化程度等指标的现状分析,结果表明福建省卫生监督人员数量严重不足、学历层次偏低、年龄偏大、女性比例偏少、领导干部年轻化程度不够等问题。因此,各级政府部门应重视卫生监督工作,加强和加快卫生监督队伍的建设,加大资金投入,充实卫生监督人员数量,提高卫生监督员的整体综合素质。In order to understand and master the overall quality of hygiene supervisors in Fujian Province.The proportion of the number of hygiene supervisors to population,age,education,job title,specialization,the number of young cadres and so on are analyzed with descriptive epidemiology.The results indicate that there is a serious shortage of health supervisors,and the education level is low.Age and sex distribution remain problems,and the number of young leading cadres is not enough.Therefore,government at all levels should emphasis public hygiene supervision,and strengthen and speed up the construction through increasing capital investment,to increase the quantity of supervision personnel and improve the quality of hygiene supervisors.
