糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者糖代谢和脂代谢变化的分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与血脂变化之间的关系。方法:对36例糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者和36例健康对照者进行隔夜空腹12 h血HbA1c、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h PBG、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)检测,并进行相关性分析。结果:糖尿病性眼肌麻痹组HbA1c、FBG、PBG、TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著增高,HDL-C水平显著降低,与健康对照组相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖尿病性眼肌麻痹组HbA1c与FBG、PBG呈正相关,与TC、TG存在平行升高趋势。结论:高血糖、高血脂是糖尿病并发周围神经病变的危险因素,控制血糖、改善脂代谢异常对预防和治疗糖尿病并发周围神经病变有指导意义。Objective：To investigate the correlation between the change of the blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin 1c（HbA1c） and plasma lipid levels of patients with diabetic ocular muscles palsy.Methods：Venous blood samples were collected from 36 patients with diabetic ocular muscles palsy and 36 healthy controls（healthy control group）.The HbA1c,fasting blood glucose（FBG）,postprandial blood glucose（FBG）,total cholesterol（CH）,triglycerides（TG）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） were measured after fasting for 12 h.The correlation analysis was performed between blood glucose,HbA1c and plasma lipid levels in the two group.Results：The levels of plasma FBG,P2BG,HbA1c,TC,TG,and LDL-C were significantly higher in diabetic ocular muscles palsy group than healthy control group（P0.01）.The levels of plasma HDL-C were significantly lower in diabetic ocular muscles palsy group than healthy control group（P0.01）.There was a positive correlation between HbA1c and FBG,PBG.HbA1c significantly elevated while TC and TG parallelinglly raised in diabetic ocular muscles palsy group.Conclusion：Hyperglycosemia and hyperlipemia are the risk factors of diabetics complicated with peripheral nerve disorders.It is pivotal to control blood glucose and improve the abnormal metabolism of lipid in the prevention and cure of diabetics complicated with peripheral nerve disorders.
