庆康灵6号药物对中国对虾免疫力的作用

摘　　要：养殖的中国对虾用添加0．3％庆康灵6号（免疫促进剂）的实验饲料进行了18天投喂，在停止投喂实验饲料后的第2、8、13天分别测定了对虾血淋巴、血浆的抗菌活力和血细胞溶解物的酚氧化酶活力。结果表明，在三次的取样中，免疫促进剂投喂组对虾血淋巴和血浆的抗菌活力以及血细胞溶解物的酚氧化酶活力均明显高于对照组，因此投喂庆康灵6号能够明显的提高对虾免疫防御能力。Shrimp, Penaeus chinensis, were fed with experimental food containing 0.3%drug of Qingkangling No. 6 for 18 days. Samples were collected on days 2, 8, l3after the treatment. The antibacterial activities of haemolymph and plasma, andthe phenoloxidase activities of haemocyte lysate supernatant were measured. Inthe samples, all the three immune activities of the experimental shrimp weresignificantly higher than those of the control shrimp. The results show that theimmunity of shrimp can be enhanced with the drug of Qingkangling No.6.
