摘　　要：实现人人老有所养，既是广大人民的心愿，也是郑州市城乡居民基本养老保险制度发展的最终目标。本文为了深入了解目前郑州市城乡居民基本养老保险制度的发展现状，准确把握其实施状况及其运作中所出现的问题，从而提出进一步推动和完善郑州市城乡居民基本养老保险制度的政策建议，保证更多的居民从中受益。The realization of all the old be raised, is not only wish of the masses, but also the ultimate goal of development of urban and rural residents basic endowment insurance system in zhengzhou. This paper in order to deeply understand the current development present situation of urban and rural residents basic endowment insurance system in zhengzhou, grasping accurately its implementation situation and problems occurred in the operation, and then puts forward further promote and perfect policy suggestions of urban and rural residents basic endowment insurance system in zhengzhou, ensure more residents benefit from it.
