摘　　要：根据中小企业网络工作流程和技能的要求,设计对应的课程体系、教学方案和考核方式,将流程阶段化、课程内容单元化,使学生在掌握主干知识的基础上有机会选择符合自身特点的课程单元,进而为实现网络应用人才的层次化培养提供可实施方案。The network construction and management are the foundation in medium and small-sized enterprises to realize the informatization,while classifying the professional skills of the talents and cultivation at different directions for the talents are focus for the vocational education.The design of curriculums in vocational colleges should be related to the process of the network and skills required in the small and medium sized enterprises.Also,teaching programs and assessments should be taken into consideration.At the same time,to phase the procedure and divide the course into units can help students master the basic knowledge and choose appropriate units which coincide with the learner＇s personality,thus,make it possible to realize the purpose of classifying network talents for different posts.
